Men are human beings and need a ministry to look into their specific issues on the lines of Ministry of Women and Child Development. The proposed ministry's main concerns would be to redress legal issues that are otherwise tipped in favour of women.

Gandhian framework is primarily egalitarian and not utilitarian. It is for the welfare of all and not merely for ‘a few' or ‘maximum number of people'. He favours movement from microscopic realities to macroscopic excellence.

Listening is the most important quality in the helping profession. EVER SO often we read of great people helping the needy: Baba Amte, Dr.Shanta, Dr.Shantha, and Kiran Bedi and so on...

The situation in Tibet is critical. Chinese authorities continue to intensify their crackdown, denying Tibetans even their most basic human rights. The United Nations committee against torture found there is a 'deepened climate of fear in Tibet.'
