SC asks Army to show rules barring permanent commission to women Bookmark and Share

The Supreme Court asked the Army to produce the notification which said that women officers were not to be allowed permanent commission in the armed forces. The bench comprising Justice J.M. Panchal and Justice Gyan Sudha Misra granted the army a period of one week to submit the notification.
