Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar made his 44th test hundred against Bangladesh on the 2nd morning of the ongoing series. This is Sachin's one of the finest knock in the test match. Sachin who is holding the record of most Test and ODI hundreds also crossed the mark of 13000 test runs in this test match. Sachin hits two consecutive boundaries on the bowl of Shahadat Hossain to complete his century.

India started their 2nd morning from 213 for 8 wickets. Over night batsman Sachin Tendulkar and Ishant Sharma resumed their innings from 78 runs and 1 run. Ishant Sharma lost his wicket to medium pacer Shahadat Hossain without adding any more run in his score.

Yesterday India lost their 8 wickets only for 213 runs. Stand-in captain Virendra Sahwag scored 55 runs. Indian middle order collapsed by Bangladesh medium pacer Shahadat Hossain, who clinched 4 wickets on the first day.

Earlier Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan has won the toss and elected to bowl first. In this test Team India is not getting the service of captain MS Dhoni and Bhajji. Dhoni is ruled out because of back spasms and Harbhajan Singh has been ruled out due to a stiff neck.
