This would enable iYogi to scale its iYogi's Global Delivery Platform for its remote tech support services across the globe.

Ravi Neb, VP, Technology, iYogi, said in Bangalore on Tuesday: "As the world's fastest growing provider of comprehensive online technical support, we have ambitious growth plans."

The data center solution deployed by IBM will host iYogi's comprehensive set of applications and tools for tech support as well as its comprehensive knowledge base. iYogi's dynamic knowledge base grows with thousands of daily customer interactions, documenting every problem, solution and relevant hardware and software specs, while capturing each customer's demographic information and behavioral profile.

Ashish Kumar, VP and GM, Global Technology Services, IBM India/South Asia, said, "Today, it is imperative for companies across the board to have solutions that will help them achieve greater operational efficiency and save costs."
