The center would initially operate out of a leased facility with 100 employee capacity and will grow to 300 employees once the company sets up its own center, said a press release in Mumbai on Monday.

The opening of this center is a step in the right direction to increase its BSFI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) practice, said the company.

Currently, FCS already has delivery centers in Noida, Gurgoan, Chandigarh and Dehradun, that are built on company owned properties.
